Id rather he went now for a host of reasons

His stock is high - unbelievably. 4 years left on his deal and just come out of a 42 goal season.

Negative influence - whats to stop Calderon or whoever telling his agent they also want Tevez/Anderson/Vidic...to come with him next season, get in there ear for a season. Unlikely but you never know with them @#%&!s.

Its now or next year - we're going to have to deal with his departure anyway

That @#%&! Ronaldo doesn't know what he's doing to our kids.

If he stays - either because he chooses to or because we won't let him go - he will be part of the team and I shall get behind him.
