I think not getting the United job pushed him over the edge. I don't know how long it will take, but no way his Chelsea stint ends well.

funny thing as well is that in england - maybe even in football generally - people want to (or can only) see that as a sleight of some sort. the reality is that it's with the player's interests in mind as well as the bigger picture which is that the team is more important than any individual - or most any, anyway.
