Hopefully he can give us more than 25 minutes too.

Should be his last game tbh.

To defend Shaw, it's not exactly the best idea to not play for 3 months then with his body type start playing in the summer heat or 120 minutes.

Very similar to Rooney, he actually needs a few games to get those legs moving properly.

I don't think he'll go. He'll end up pulling out when they see the physios throwing buckets of water over him like a horse at the national after the warm up

The point is Shaw throwing his manager and medical team under the bus, and covering his own flabby back.

Yeah cos Shaw was the picture of health before they arrived.

I mean that they didn't step in and say he's not fit enough to play.

Obviously Shaw should be sent to the glue factory but you can't deny after the last season that something is definitely up with the medical side of things

The best player at the club.

Ridiculous how he was rushed back, and the exacerbation of his injury was an inevitable result.

The player is never going to refuse to play, and the manager is never going to refuse to select him, and its not their job to make that call either.

We clearly have some absolute clowns amongst the medical staff, and I'd hazard a guess they've played a part in a significant amount of the injuries we've had all season.

A professional footballer being over weight. Wtaf. All you have to do is look after yourself and you get paid £250k a week. How he was allowed to be a fat @#%&! by multiple managers and medical teams is beyond me. They monitor every aspect of your life so how was it someone couldn’t say to him to lay off the KFC?

Will never get my head around someone like Shaw - a decent player but with zero self discipline. Needs £#%&!ing off asap.

Hmmm I wonder who to back. The £#%&!er who had two previous managers call out his application. LVG called him overweight and Jose mentioned his mentality was poor.

I like how Evans was playing with an injury towards the end of the season. Rooney even said recently it’s quite common for footballers to play through certain injuries if they can.

Get this waste of space out of the club.
