That's taken massively out of context.

Wenger was complaining about the fact that we've played Chelsea twice already whilst we've only played them, City, the dippers etc... once.

His argument is that it's unfair because this is beneficial to Chelsea as United should be stronger with Mata.

The same argument can be made about domestic loans. Giving Everton Lukaku means he makes Everton stronger against Arsenal. He can't play against Chelsea as they own his registration.

He actually makes a fair point.
