It was the only print paper or magazine I still bought, always read in the same order. Editorial, Spleen, Backbeat, Smiley, others.

There were times in the late 80s and early 90s that a new redissue was the highlight of the day.

Can vividly remember LOS coining Liars phrase late 90s. Presume gave us Berts, Dippers and Barcodes too. Massive (another one?) lasting influence and that's just in redspeak

Sad day. Bought it religiously every new issue since it started. Until the last issue where I chose uws instead. I feel partly responsible. Just wish I £#%&!ing bought it now as my full collection is now one short.
