Ronaldo for impact on trophy count / Eric for loss of swagger and vibes.

Berba & Veron.

Obvs Eric, Ronnie etc to an extent but they accomplished a lot at the club.

Seba & Berbs in my eyes were both on another level, capable of things no one else was on the pitch, and both were ultimately failures. Veron in particular, absolutely heartbroken when it didn't work out.

Secretly hated fergie when he dropped Berbs from the '11 CL squad to accomodate that little £#%&!ing plastic scouse goblin.

eric. i was 15/16 at the time and remember richard keys announcing it during a super sunday game on sky.

i was distraught; it felt like a personal betrayal. i started crying and ripped my '66 was a great year for english football...' poster down off my bedroom wall

The triple whammy of Ince, Hughes and Kanchelskis in the summer of '95.

Was absolutely gutted.

On top of that also had to contend with constant media rumours in Eric Cantona quitting england for good.

We were linked to so many possible replacements. From Bergkamp to Baggio to Gascoigne to LeTissier papers were loving it

One of the relatively few occasions he let his pettiness get the better of him, nqat.

beckham because i hated the way him and fergie fell out but stam for footballing reasons.

i wish fergie could've handled Keane better too. he should've been out earlier imo but the way it ended was awful.

Remember ringing my Dad when he was on holiday somewhere to tell him him Beckham was off, we were both gutted, but it just felt inevitable by then though.

Keane was a sad ending..
