Always thought that was a pretty cool shirt tbh, shame a total troglodyte like him was wearing it.

Dunno. That Millwall punch up with Everton the other week was like watching a scene from Peaky Blinders. Which is impressive, given i've never watched Peaky Blinders

silly #@&%!s

Point being, you'd expect him to at least watch most of the match. Very odd doing it at 8mins.

£#%&!ing #@&%!head was at the match with his dad. Season ticket holder for 20 years and his family have had to move out of their home for fear of reprisals - hope it was worth it

He looks like he still lives with his parents. Could easily picture him shouting at his mam to make more toast while he watches formula 1 in his Ferrari pjs they got him for Christmas.

Without wishing to sound all prissy, but that punishment is a £#%&!ing joke.
Dunno what the law says about the assault but going on the pitch is up to a £1000 fine. So given the severity of what he did, why hasn’t he got the max fine? And a 10 yr banning? Should have been a lifetime one.

I think Birmingham have banned him for life to be fair to them.

But I take your point

Punishment pecking order:

Absolute discharge (only given where no culpability attached)
Conditional discharge (trivial stuff)
Fine (different bands representing a multiplier of weekly income)
Community order (low, medium, high)
Custody (immediate or suspended)

Defendants are sentenced globally for all offences with the most serious taking precedence. The assault being the most serious it takes it well above the level of a fine.

If he was charged with common assault (which I presume he was) then the maximum sentence is 26 weeks less a statutory third off for early guilty plea. It seems they’ve let him off a little lightly by a couple of weeks. He’ll only do half of the sentence. The ten year banning order is the maximum allowed by law.
