I'd have thought it'd need the bondholders permission borsuk. Andersred is now saying that after talking to a few people he feels it's looking more and more like they've sold a stake, we shall see.

Any chance the Glazer family just had some cash knocking about, were feeling flush, and thought they'd pay a whack off the card bill, as it were?

if so it will be interesting to see what size the stake is and if it includes any kinds of guarantees (payments, seats on the board, voting rights etc).
