Tevez is top quality. He got a lot better as the season has gone on and I think he'll be instrumental in any success we have this year.

I'm assuming the last bit is sarcasm.

FWIW even without last season I think he'd have had a significant impact. I think he's a better player than Rossi, and will continue to improve. He's a proper footballer IMO, someone who has got the lot.
