Maybe, but I don’t think you can put players not developing solely down to him.

The likes of Rooney were playing 30 plus games a season from 18 years onwards and he is one of the best footballers to ever grace the premier league

Rooney's not a great example .. wasn't exactly finished, but no where near the same player once he hit around 27/28. Someone like Giggs was the absolute exception obviously

Not a fan of Koubaily.
