Faulin keeps it simple. I've never liked Barton. @#%&!icity aside, he's really not that good a player. Lots of pointing and posturing, very limited ability. Got the runaround yesterday. Gibson aside, not as good as any of our midfielders.

I noticed him in the Chelsea game. While the others were running around like headless chickens in quite possibly the greatest ever example of how not to play against Nine men, he was the only one showing any composure and intelligence on the ball. However, that didn't automatically make me want United to sign him.

I've seen him a few times, decent player, will make a good signing for a mid-table club when QPR go down.
