If the Italians score first it'll be torture watching them pack 10 men behind the ball and defend for the rest of the game.

Germany, Turkey, Russia, Italy...what a great semi line up that would be.

Spain falling into their usual trap of playing at a very low tempo, not stretching Italy at all, who are of course rather defensive.

Spain look a little nervous at the back, could easily see a mistake.

very true.

i thought this tournament would be great without all the england hype, but it's been a bag of toss apart from about 20 mins in 3 games.

no way, these quarters have been poor, but there were some very good matches in the groups.

yep,

I always get excited for these tournaments and by the 10th minute of the first match I remember why they are utter £#%&!ing shit.


give me United v. Fulham (or any other shit fixture) on a shitty November weekend anyday
