agreed, i think hes been judged unfairly on his time at sunderland. think he done superb to get them up, then keep them up. and it looks like the squad he put together will stay up again. yes he spent a lot, and some on shite, but theyve done the job.

very true.

i think he will have learned a lot from his sunderland experience and he will be a better manager for it.

As a manager Keane is like Keegan/Dalglish - all is rosy for a while but when it gets tough he'll walk.

Keano was a success at Sunderland. Amazed when you hear people in the media say he flopped.

I was surprised by Ipswich, the 2 year contract would indicate that they want him to get them in to the premiership and then they will probably go for a more experienced manager

Or they give him a short contract so if it dont work out they wont have to pay so much compensation when they sack him.

Eh? I £#%&!ing love him. Praised him on the other page. I personally think he will do a fine job just stating why its probably only a two year deal.

Koppas is sound. He's real. Maybe he's a bit too laddish for some of you. Maybe he's too raw. But that's the point. He Koppas and he doesn't change for nothing.
