Yup but his last big contract I think Woodward gave him it. Keeper on 300k , so it would be difficult to bin even if we wanted to

At the very least, get another proper keeper in.

City’s stand in keeper had more composure, commanded his area better, than De Gea

Dave just creates uncertainty- apparently his main strength is shot stopping- he was £#%&! at that today - always let’s you down in the big games

This one time Casemiro dropped deep. Probably 2 yards away from him. Nearest city player was about 10 yards so Casemiro had time to take a touch and turn.

The melt still booted up and we lost the ball. Unless he was given direction from ETH to always go long? But if that was the case the players wouldn’t offer themselves in positions that make the whole team drop a bit deeper and make it harder to win a long ball or second ball

Of course , it a team game. However he was part fault for the second goal and his poor ability of distribution impacts the way ETH can set out to play. At the very least if you can’t pass out from the back you have to have decent long ball distribution, he struggles to do that , overhit/underhits everything.

Don’t know why people need it explained over and over again to play how ETH wants to and to a certain extent how modern football is played, we need a better keeper on the ball.

He can’t even get into the top 3 keepers of the national team. Strong chance if he wasn’t on such a high contract he would have been binned by now
