He's saying that Liverpool should be allowed 108 players for every game this season. The usual 11 and another 97 for every angel that went up to heaven in 1989.

When a journalist pointed out that only 96 died in 1989, he was bundled out of the room in a sack, and he's just been sentenced to 97 life sentences by the Bishop of Liverpool.

Apparently he’s suggested the only viable alternative to having the match replayed is having every other team in the league deducted 3 points.

That stat is meaningless unless it is accompanied by the number of times each team has had an attack.
