You can’t coach a team to have patterns of play, rhythm etc

Newcastle 2nd string are out playing us at home just half every half decent team we face but it’s definitely not on the manager
you know it could be the culture at the club that causes our players to be toxic therefore all managers are failing

they can’t all be shit

It’s actually quite impressive that we can spend as much as we do, have the players we have and go through the managers we do and still be as unbelievably shit as we are.

What a ten years it’s been.

That's spirit.

Playing rope-a-dope here. Let Newcastle run themselves ragged then POUNCE.

It's meant to be.

We're running out of options after him though, if scoring in that final is our criteria.
Basler?

Mount’s played well imo, apart from getting caught in moon boots for their goal

The most impressive thing is despite the 10 years different managers, different styles of managers different players (with a core shit@#%&! group) we manage to play the same old turgid shit with the same old energy the moment things go hard.

No fixing this mess. Beyond repair.

Genuinely feel sorry for Erik.

If United start the second half with dalot, martial and Hannibal still playing, we are humped. I suspect ETH might be too. This can’t go on

I like to give players a fair crack of the whip before judging them, but I can’t remember seeing a player as bad as dalot was tonight in a long, long time. First division standard, at best.

Well that was bad….yes that’s the word bad

Surely ETH is safe until Jim gets in and appoints his people to the football operations side of the club
However if this carries on for the rest of the month then the pressure might become so intolerable that something has to be done to relieve it

Can’t we just re-load the save from the summer and start this season again

He signed casimero, mount and Antony for 200m
So basically the narrative was that rashford and Bruno were toxic and all that but look at his shit signings. Just missed the young striker who doesn’t score.

Instead of coming in and solving our problems he has compounded them.

Where the style of play, cohesion…nothing
