Fifth time they've conceded five this season. We really should be putting them to bed no problems.

Or it could possibly be that Atletico Madrid are a much better team than United. Best defensive record and just 1 loss in La Liga so far, and just 7 points behind an unbeaten Barcelona side that has been steamrolling La Liga.

Real Betis, Eibar and Spartak Moscow have also stuck five past them this season tbf. What I was getting as in my post.

A good side who’d give anyone a game. Dont deny the haters their little moment though. Seville put a lot into playing United and that was a huge European night for them. Took its toll. Atletico , a good side whatevs, took advantage.

Just checked their results, fair enough.

The fact that those teams are able to put 5 past Sevilla says more about United tbh.

Think that's where Marlo came in, pal.

Only four teams in the Liga have let in more than Sevilla this season. They're an okay side, nothing more.

We're the first team to ever keep them from scoring in european history at home.

These lads have pedigree tbf. No doubt we'll dish some slaps out at OT when they come and open up a bit more.

They are shite at the back however not many teams score 2 against Atletico tbf. Struggling to remember the last time it happened in the league tbh.

think atleti had long taken their foot off the gas at that stage though tbf. not that simeone would have been any happier despite the win.

samuel luckhurst trying to make the point the result makes United look terrible, he's a bad bad nonce. could point to a thousand results in the CL that are then made to look 'worse' by a league result the week after. bizarre comparison and one for simple folk.

Think we said before the tie that they had knocked Atleti out the Spanish Cup so couldn't be discounted.

But they are not a good side and have been woeful defensively at times. Not threatening them is poor. If we get past them we'll need to be much better next round because the standard will increase dramatically.

Luckhurst is a genuinely terrible journalist. He over-reacts to absolutely everything.

He blocked me months ago, does he still look like this much of a @#%&!?

Looks like Kiefer Sutherland's stand in for The Lost Boys.

Roma or shaktar needed.

Though both of those are also ok sides but we badly need that cl semi experience again. We'd likely lose but dont see any side there who would murder us by 3 or 4, theres no high level team this season imo.
