The BBC has a very diverse audience and not everything they produce is going to be to everyone's tastes. What makes you, or me, or any of us the final arbiters on what constitutes good value for money?

You expect that nonsense from Sky though. The BBC website has dumbed down massively in the last 5 years or so - click bait, buzzfeed-esque articles, articles about pure nonsense, articles that are nothing but twitter posts - they are actually obsessed with Twitter tbh. Used to be my go to source for news but they've let their standards drop so much. It's frustrating.

Just following the population unfortunately. If it's what they have to do to make youngsters to still see them as relevant then that's what they have to do.
