Then the big one next Tuesday.

Bike park Wales (I'm going to Die) going down on the Tuesday and staying over and then we're riding all day Wednesday, it's got a mini bus uplift so no f***ing hills..

Wordingtons.

Done Llgandegla a couple of times - going again in September. It's ace.

Not done the bike park thing though. Intrigued.

Did actually come off twice yesterday at llgandegla Forrest...

2.5 hours of black runs, probably a little out of my comfort zone (red and blue ?)
Went with some experienced lads though and got some decent training / unexpected air..

f***ing hell

Absolutely stunning.....went down on Tuesday, stayed over in an Air bnb barn, Nando's, booze and the oddest conversation I've ever had with a human my age, he owned the farm..about dogs, working dogs...I never asked him a question, he just wouldn't shut up, didn't understand a single thing he was saying...
When his mate tipped up its like they were speaking another language.

I was stuck
In some working dog wum
World.

Aberfan village reds. Maddest village I've visited..

Full day riding today...
The blues are reds, I wouldn't touch a black...milies and miles of downhill trails.

Minibus back up....bliss.

These drop offs..

5 hour drive back and now utterly ruined.
