Doubnt there's any chance of this being picked particularly as I don't know if some of these players are fit but I'd like to go with this :-

Tbh, I don't have a clue what I'd do, nor Fergie will.

I'd be tempted to play all of the front 3, but it could end up unbalanced and cost us.

If Gerrard and Torres are out, then I expect them to try and channel the play down the left, through Riera. Who i don't really rate at all. Fletcher can drop out wide right when we don't have the ball and either Rooney or Tevez can go to the left.

I'd prefer more natural width, but with Ronaldo out, I think this team is probably the best option for this game.

How can you drop Tevez though? He's in top shape and form.

Tbh I don't think I'd draft Hargreaves in for this. No pre season and Fletcher has done well in our first two matches.

Carrick and Giggs are back apparently.

No idea who to go with. Just hope we show some attacking intent.

I am of the opinion that Tevez is not best suited to these kind of games. His pace is a problem for me when they play very deep and hit on the counter attack.

Heard a rumour that Torres will start, though.

Both Torres and Gerrard are expected to play according to press speculation.

I think Carrick and Giggs will feature and I suspect Anderson's "injury" was nothing more than an opportunity to rest him after a rather busy Summer.

Some bloke on a foreign radio station said he was supposedly training and looked ahead of schedule.

I agree with Fuzzy re Tevez. It will be a bit harsh to leave him out but I would go with Rooney and Berbatov. There is no way imo Tevez, Rooney and Berbatov will all start. It would be suic...a bit of a risk.
