If Messi had any ambition left about him, he'd try a fresh challenge for the last few good years he's got.
There is nothing more to win or prove there and, frankly, he deserves better than they are now Look at the likes of Ronaldo, Zlatan, they want to keep achieving different things and have different experiences. He could go anywhere he wants in the world. Why not go and experience the premier league or serie a or something. |

Isn't he on about 600k a week at barca as well? If he ever somehow joined City then his legacy as possibly the greatest of all time is tainted At least Ronaldo has only genuinely great clubs on his record |

Since 2004 he has had NINE new contracts, each more ridiculous than the last.
Barcelona's money troubles are largely down to accommodating Messi's greed. Whoever the next manager is would have to manage the end of Messi so in a lot of ways, I am sure the club would find it a great relief if he pulled the plug for them by leaving. |
