Default Manchester United vs Newcastle 15/5/24 8pm KO - OFFICIAL match day thread!

Out with the old....

Last game at OT for Varane and Wan Bissaka, possibly for Casemiro, Ten Hag, Evans etc. Bruno still a doubt so it could be yet another patchwork of players. Kambwala possibly fit again though.

1-3 Newcastle, lots of booing, a leaky roof again and the chance we'll be guaranteed to finish 8th.

Well Jeff, I’m not going to the game tonight and for that I’m grateful. Will the team do a lap of honour/appreciation? Who knows

0-2

Wan-Bissaka has had t-shirts printed of him lifting the league cup so he can say 'goodbye'. So I'd say it's a huge possibility.

Just read about it. Seems pretty odd to announce someone’s leaving before they’ve signed for someone else when they’ve a year left 45 million we paid for this useless #@&%!

Thankfully got rid of my tickets - for nothing obviously. Eternally grateful not to be going.

Is it on tv?

Yep, Sky. Can't wait for the endless shots and analysis of the leaking roof.

Either it's a piss poor game of football that ends in a draw, or Newcastle batter us.

I thought you were joking ffs

Third Man Utd star to leave with Varane and Martial with T-shirt already prepared in his honour ahead of transfer

SunSport understands a T-shirt has even been printed in his honour with an image of him lifting the Carabao Cup.

Sky….hyping it as a crucial showdown which will decide who qualifies for the prestigious Europa League slot

They must regret televising as many United matches as they have this season. The worst football we’ve ever played, fairly dead atmospheres with absolutely zilch to play for with our season ending in September 2023.

Suppose our dying carcass is of interest to the rest of the world.

Custis reporting the AWB departure. So it’s nailed on he signs a new deal in the next 20 minutes.

Be interesting to see if some of them can make it the whole way round without developing a limp.

If AW-B is leaving I might tune in to watch for a laugh.

Otherwise I'm not sure I can stomach watching Isaak wander through completely unhindered a couple of times to see them stroll to a piss easy 2-0.

Hopeful Onana doesn't throw one in. He needs to sort his £#%&!ing life out & settle down now. He's got on my tits all season but we need someone to be redeemable for next term.

Are you sure? With this bunch of cowards they'll all be desperate 'not' to play.
