Default the united possitive stat thread.

United have dropped only two points in the 11 Premier League games in which Paul Scholes has played since being recalled by Sir Alex Ferguson in one of the managerial masterstrokes of the season. The one Premier League match which United, with Scholes, failed to win was the 3-3 draw with Chelsea in which he came off the bench after 63 minutes.

should united go on to win the league, David De Gea, will be the youngest goalkeeper to have a premier league winners medal.

When Manchester United beat Tottenham 3-0 in their first home game of the season, they did so with the second youngest team Sir Alex Ferguson has fielded in the Premier League. The average age of the side was just 23 years and 191 days.

The Red Devils' youngest line up was a full 14 days younger, on average, when they turned out for the last game of the 2008/09 season at Hull City. Despite their youth and Hull needing a win to guarantee Premier League survival, United's youngsters secured a 1-0 win that day as Fergie included a host of unknown names in the starting line up and on the bench.
