Everyone's allowed a bad day at the office, but when you've spent all season on the bench, and the manager tells you you are gonna start a cup final on Sunday, if you're one of those people that Fergie goes on about, the special type of character it takes to play for United, then I would expect you to make certain that that is one of those days when you dont have a bad day at the office.

Tevez has started more games than both Berbatov and Rooney, IIRC. HTH.

Tevez needed a partner on sunday.Wellbeck didnt help him then he was stuck up top on his own for the rest of the game.If rooney or berbie wouldve started with him it wouldve been different.

IYRC then fine, but point is, he's distinctly third choice when all are fit.

Without a shadow of a doubt. Owing to his own limitations, which have become glaring apparent in the absence of Rooney, IMO.

I like him a lot, was just really disappointed with his performance in the circumstances. £10m and ill take him but he is good enough to play for a top side, so wouldnt blam him if he goes off for first team football. Liverpool would kill for him but they've already got one striker.

Me too, but his lack of pace and height are major limitations, and his touch has been £#%&!ing shocking at times this season.

I still hope he stays, but I want us to bring in a little more pace and ruthlessness in front of goal.

His first touch on Sunday was shocking, which is what disappoints me. People can go on about him playing alongside a kid etc etc but basic stuff like first touch was lacking.

I'll probably get slated for this but i'd spend £20-£30M in the summer on Ashley Young and Agbonlahor an leave it at that.

Not too sure about Young, I think we have better at the club, plus the way he runs annoys the shit out of me.

Agbonlahor I would have in a shot.

Agbonlahor's really lost his finishing touch. 3 goals in his last 20 games, motwyw.
