The administrator, and only the administrator, has access to this database. There is no in built functionality within the site's software to directly read private messages. However, when a message, such as a spam or offensive message, is reported it may be seen by staff other than the administrator.

Member Private Profile Information & Passwords

Registration at utdforum.com requires a valid email address. Read only access to this information as well as the member's usergroups, style preferences, age (if completed), join date, post count, last visit time, is available to moderators.

Public Forums

This site may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, reputation comments, picture comments, profile comments and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these public areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Payment Details:

When a paid subscription is purchased, information such as your name, email, address may be required by the payment processor e.g. paypal. That information is not stored on this site nor is it shared with any other third parties. It is not available to mods or other members.
