Just when I thought rock bottom had been reached, a new, yet more abysmal cultural nadir is achieved. I despair. I genuinely despair.

As if Big Brother (et al) with its mindless abasement of moronic near sociopaths for collective self-gratification was not enough, we are now about to be assailed by 'Kid Nation' - the maltreatment and exploitation of young children in the name of entertainment and, of course, advertising profit.

Children as young as eight years...
